Build Your Custom Strut Setup (Using Your Own Coils)

Simply select the options from the drop-down menus to suit your specific installation requirements:

• Coil Seats (Required): You must select the correct lower coil seat to match your intended springs.
  • Pigtail: Select this for traditional OE-style and most direct-fit aftermarket coils that taper at the bottom.
  • Flat Seat: Select this if you are using specific aftermarket universal coils featuring a flat-ground bottom design.
• Strut Top Caps (Optional): You can easily reuse your existing factory OEM strut top caps, or you can grab some shiny new replacement top caps from us using the drop-down menu to complete your new assembly.

NOTE: Our Strut Bodies are compatible with:

• Factory coils 
• Aftermarket coils with a maximum allowable height of 16” (approximately 406 mm)

Our front struts feature fully threaded bodies and include locking ring spanners, allowing you to fine-tune the front suspension height directly on the vehicle to perfectly level out the factory rake and compensate for heavy front-end accessories like bullbars and winches.

Optional Highly Recommended Front Upper Control Arms

If you are lifting your Prado 250 it alters the factory suspension geometry. We highly recommend selecting the optional CalOffroad Upper Control Arms from the drop-down menu to correct caster and camber, ensuring perfect wheel alignment and maximising tyre life. Built significantly stronger than OE components, these arms provide increased coil and tyre clearance, and feature a heavy-duty high-angle greaseable ball joint. Note: These arms are fully compliant for GVM upgrades up to a 2,000kg front axle load.
